There aren’t many secondary weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone that are stronger than the JAK-12. Some pistols and other shotguns are in contention, but the JAK-12 is difficult to outclass in the secondary slot. It features terrific damage, range and a fire rate that makes it arguably the best shotgun in the battle royale.
Still, players have found it difficult to create a loadout for the JAK since its introduction in 2020. Attachments for shotguns vary in pros and cons more so than most other weapon categories, giving players trouble when making a decision for their loadout. Luckily, a recommended loadout for the JAK-12 exists and it’s quite lethal.
Best JAK-12 loadout in Warzone
Since the JAK-12 features such balanced and high-end statistics, players are given extra freedom when designing its loadout. No one area needs to be focused on more than another, so a flurry of attachments can be used without fear of neglecting one specific stat.
Although like most other weapons in Warzone, the recommended loadout for the JAK-12 utilizes mostly standard attachments. There are some unfamiliar sights, but for the most part players will recognize a majority of the attachments in use.
- Muzzle:Â FORGE TAC Marauder
- Barrel:Â ZLR J-3600 TORRENT
- Laser:Â 5mW Laser
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
- Ammunition: 8-R Dragon’s Breath
The best part about any shotgun loadout in Warzone is the Dragon’s Breath ammunition. If players have the chance to shoot fiery bullets out of their gun, they should to take it. The Dragon’s Breath rounds aren’t as strong as they once were, but still get the job done.
Following the ammunition are attachments to help with close-range damage. The FORGE TAC Marauder muzzle reduces the JAK-12’s pellet spread and the TORRENT barrel provides an extra increase to damage and range. Using these attachments in conjunction with the Stippled Grip Tape, which improves sprint-to-fire time, is a deadly combination.
The JAK-12 has always served players well in Warzone and this loadout makes the shotgun even more viable.
