At the beginning of Call of Duty: Warzone’s Season 3 Reloaded, many fans turned to the AX-50 for their sniping needs. With this recent update, the AX-50 became a hit-scan weapon, which means that it doesn’t require players to lead their shots or think about bullet drop. This accidental change made the AX-50 into the most dominant weapon in the game, and many players used some variation of its loadout. However, Raven Software has now nerfed the hit-scan ability of the AX-50, putting it back in competition with the rest of the snipers in Warzone. If players are looking for an alternative to the AX-50, they can use this HDR loadout during their Warzone matches.
The HDR is a Modern Warfare sniper rifle that is better at long-range gunfights than the AX-50. Of course, this means that the HDR isn’t great up close or for quickscoping purposes. Still, the HDR is a monster of a sniper rifle in Season 3 Reloaded and players can easily take full advantage of its long-range capabilities.
Best HDR loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone
The HDR is a slower sniper rifle that can deal a ton of damage at range. Since the sniper isn’t meant to be mobile, the recommended loadout for it won’t be focused on increasing its overall mobility, but putting these attachments in place will increase its prowess at longer ranges.
- Muzzle:Â Monolithic Suppressor
- Barrel: 26.9″ HDR Pro
- Laser:Â Tac Laser
- Optic:Â Variable Zoom Scope
- Stock:Â FTAC Stalker-Scout
This loadout aims to boost the HDR’s bullet velocity with the Monolithic Suppressor and its damage range with the HDR Pro barrel. Following that up is the Tac Laser and FTAC Stalker-Scout to slightly improve ADS speed to lock on to targets quicker. The loadout concludes with the Variable Zoom Scope optic so players can fight enemies at a further distance and see them clearly. With this loadout, Warzone players can easily gain a long-range edge on their opponents.
