Once upon a time, the FFAR 1 assault rifle from Black Ops Cold War was the most broken weapon in Warzone. Its incredibly high fire rate paired with virtually no recoil made for an overpowered gun of the highest proportions. Since its reign in Warzone, the FFAR has seen several nerfs but it’s once again a usable option in Season 6 thanks to its loadout.
The loadout has been adjusted from earlier this year when the FFAR was on top of the world. Its recoil received a pretty significant nerf as did its damage range in some areas. Still, the AR’s damage is among the best in Warzone and there are few options better than it at close-range. If players are looking for an SMG/AR hybrid in Warzone, they should look no further than this FFAR loadout.
Best FFAR 1 loadout in Warzone
Players should mostly use the FFAR at close to medium-range, whether they’re in Verdansk or Rebirth Island. While it’s not terrible at longer ranges, there are far stronger options for those kinds of gunfights. The FFAR should be kept in the ranges that it excels in, which is anything under 40-50 meters. Players can use its top loadout to help with this range as well.
- Muzzle:Â Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 19.5″ Task Force
- Underbarrel:Â Field Agent Grip
- Ammunition:Â STANAG 50 Rnd Mag
- Stock:Â Raider Stock
The first three attachments on this loadout all help the FFAR with recoil control in some way. The Field Agent Grip solely reduces both vertical and horizontal recoil. The Agency Suppressor and 19.5″ Task Force barrel both add some extra damage range and bullet velocity on top of the recoil control.
For mobility purposes, the Raider Stock comes in handy to increase the FFAR’s sprint-to-fire time. Finally, the STANAG 50 Rnd Mag is to make sure that players don’t run out of bullets too quickly while using the FFAR and its high fire rate. This loadout will shred any enemy at close-range in Warzone.
