Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 launched during the midway point of 2023 and introduced a fan-favorite sniper rifle into the games. The Carrack .300, otherwise known as the WA2000 from previous titles, is now in the fold as a fresh semi-automatic sniper option for players. While it doesn’t possess as high of a damage output as bolt-action snipers, it can deliver a ton of shots in a short amount of time thanks to its high fire rate. Of course, if you want to make the Carrack .300 into the best version of itself, you will need its best loadout in Warzone.
The Carrack is a fantastic sniper option for the smaller maps in Warzone. The sniper excels in mid-range gunfights and you can get off multiple shots at different enemies before they even know what hit them. The Carrack .300 has several different builds you can utilize, but I have opted for one that is focused on quickscoping and close-mid range gunfights, which is what you’ll run into on the smaller maps in Warzone.
To see my recommended loadout for the Carrack .300 in Warzone, check out the guide below.
Best Carrack .300 loadout in Warzone
- Muzzle: Nilsound 90
- Barrel:Â Heavy-Tac 300
- Laser: VLK LZR 7mW
- Ammunition:Â .300 High Velocity
- Rear Grip:Â Engage-20 Grip
The loadout begins with the Nilsound 90 muzzle and the Heavy-Tac 300 barrel, both of which improve your damage range and recoil control. While these attachments do come with mobility losses, they are necessary to make the Carrack .300 sniper a more balanced weapon.

As for the rest of the attachments, there is the VLK LZR 7mW laser and Engage-20 Grip to improve aim down sights speed and sprint-to-fire time. Finally, there is the .300 High Velocity ammo to ensure your bullets reach an enemy quickly. The Carrack .300 is not going to be anyone’s meta sniper in Season 5 of Warzone, but it can be a solid quickscoping option on smaller maps.
