The weapon meta in Call of Duty: Warzone has been fairly up in the air for the better part of Season 2. Then, the Reloaded update came and changed Rebirth Island for the better and now players are looking for dominant weapons to use on the close-quarters map. Well, if players are still searching, they can turn to one of the most infamous weapons in Warzone history, the Bruen MK9, and its unchanged loadout.
The Bruen MK9 wreaked havoc on Verdansk for months before the developers at Raven Software finally nerfed it. However, thanks to other nerfs since then, the Bruen MK9 is still a more than viable option for players looking for an LMG to run as a primary weapon. Of course, players who have used the Bruen before know that it acts more like an assault rifle than anything.

Best Bruen MK9 loadout in Warzone
The top loadout for the Bruen MK9 hasn’t been altered much since the initial seasons of Warzone. It’s a Modern Warfare weapon so it mainly uses meta attachments most commonly found on assault rifles. Players will want to treat the Bruen as AR but not forget that it’s a bit slower on the mobility side.

This particular loadout for the Bruen maximizes damage range, recoil control and bullet velocity. The XRK Summit 26.8″ barrel takes care of all of those areas. Players are also kept off the map when firing thanks to the popular Monolithic Suppressor muzzle attachment.
The final attachments help support the rest of the loadout. The Commando Foregrip boosts recoil control, the Corp Combat Holo Sight gives players a clear view for medium-long range gunfights and the 60 Round Mags give players enough bullets to take on a full team.
