The best AMP63 loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4

The AMP63 pistol was one of weapons to benefit the most from the Season 4 update in Call of Duty: Warzone. The Black Ops Cold War weapon received a substantial buff in the update and now has players wondering where it falls in the meta. Previously, the Sykov was widely considered to be the best pistol. But now, the AMP63 has a legitimate case to be thought of as Warzone’s top dog.

Regardless of whether it’s the best or not, players need a decent loadout for the AMP63 in order to decide which weapon they prefer. After all, any weapon’s ability in Warzone is subjective. Luckily, the AMP63 features a loadout that should have a large crowd of players switching their secondary weapons.

Best AMP63 loadout in Warzone

The main area buffed for the AMP63 in Season 4 was damage. Raven Software seemingly wants the pistol to be more competitive with its counterparts at any range. The exact buff for the AMP63 in Warzone is as follows:

• Maximum Damage increased from 30 to 33
• Secondary Damage range increased by 14.3%
• Upper Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
• Extremities Damage Multipliers increased from .9 to 1
• Head Damage Multiplier decreased from 1.4 to 1

Though the head damage was nerfed slightly, the rest of the AMP63’s damage profiles were buffed, changing up the recommended loadout.

• Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
• Barrel: 7.2″ Reinforced Heavy
• Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
• Ammunition: STANAG 25 Rnd Mag
• Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap

To start the loadout off, the Agency Suppressor and 7.2″ Reinforced Heavy barrel both increase the AMP63’s damage range in Warzone. Also, the Reinforced Heavy barrel boosts bullet velocity strafe speed and the Agency Suppressor helps with vertical recoil control.

The next couple of attachments are the Tiger Team Spotlight and the Serpent Wrap. The former helps players move faster and the latter boosts ADS time — which has been reduced with other attachments in the loadout. Finally, the STANAG 25 Rnd Mag simply adds some extra bullets in the clip. This AMP63 loadout just might be the best for the pistol category in Season 4.
