Call of Duty
The Season 6 update in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War introduced new weapons into multiplayer: the Grav and .410 Ironhide. While the Grav might be more exciting to veteran players, thanks to its resemblance to the Galil, the Ironhide shotgun is arguably more enjoyable to use. It’s a lever-action-style shotgun that packs a punch and can be deadly fun on a tight quarters map like Nuketown. However, players can get even more enjoyment out of the .410 Ironhide in Cold War once they equip its recommended loadout.
To unlock the .410 Ironhide, players need to reach Tier 15 on their Season 6 Battle Pass. This won’t take a huge amount of time, but players can always buy COD Points if they want to reach the final few tiers faster. Once players do unlock the .410 Ironhide, they’ll have an enjoyable shotgun to use at their disposal. It’ll take more time to level it up but during this process, players can equip its top loadout in Cold War.
Best .410 Ironhide loadout in Black Ops Cold War
As with any shotgun in Call of Duty, the overall goal of the best .410 Ironhide loadout is to increase overall damage range and mobility. Extra damage range is required to eliminate enemies in one shot and mobility is vital, since players will only be dealing with enemies in close range.
- Muzzle: Agency Choke
- Barrel: 22.3″ Reinforced Heavy
- Laser: SWAT 5mW Laser Sight
- Stock: No Stock
- Magazine: 7 Rnd Tube
With this loadout, players have the ability to kill enemies in one shot from a fairly large distance away. The Agency Choke and 22.3″ Reinforced Heavy barrel take care of that. The SWAT 5mW Laser Sight boosts hip-fire for close range encounters and the No Stock improves sprint-to-fire time for when players need to aim in quickly. Finally, the 7 Rnd Tube simply provides extra rounds for longer gunfights.
This .410 Ironhide loadout should make enemies rage in Cold War multiplayer.
