Team Heretics will compete in VCT Stage 3 when it begins in early July. The recent roster moves also remove Heretic’s previous VCT points towards Champions. according to VLR.gg.

Al0rante on Team Heretics

Before Team Heretics, al0rante bounced around various amateur teams. He played for squads like Team 23, Cool Guys and the Alchemists in various European tournaments throughout 2020. In 2021, he joined peanutz and competed in VCT Stage 1. His short stint with the team ended as they failed to qualify for either Challengers main event. The team disbanded shortly after they were knocked out of Challengers 2 qualifiers in the round of 64 to Cream Real Betis.

Al0rante then jumped to his most recent amateur team, volvo peek. While with the team, he managed to scrape the surface of a Challengers main event. He and volvo peek were knocked out of the qualifiers in the final round by FunPlus Phoenix at Stage 1 Challengers 1. At Challengers 2, they lost to STAGA in the round of 64.

The German has mainly stuck to Duelists during his time competing in VALORANT. His top agents are Raze, Reyna and Phoenix, but he can also play Sage. His best agent, statistically, is Reyna with a 1.4 Kill/Death/Assist ratio on over 650 rounds played. Al0rante’s most played agent is Raze with over 900 rounds played on the explosive Duelist.

On volvo peek, al0rante played behind his entry Jett player Elric “juseu” Belland, or he created space for him to dash into. On Team Heretics, he may have the primary Duelist role, as his teammates either play more supportive agents, or can flex to other roles.

The team will compete in the upcoming Stage 3 events with their new roster in early June.
