Sparg0 started the tournament on an extremely shaky foot, as he lost to Dominic “T3 DOM” Carone in pools. Nevertheless, he beat Keon “ExSenpai” D. to make it out of pools, kicking off a legendary losers run. Sparg0 also defeated Maaz “Skull Kid” Haider 2-0 upon reaching top 64.

From there, Sparg0 slogged through a difficult path of fierce competitors, emerging victorious each time. He beat Luis “Lui$” Oceguera 2-1, Ben “The6Master” Moreau 2-0, Joseph “YoseFu” Helmert 2-0, Markus “ShinyMark” Florido 2-0, and Leonardo “MkLeo” Lopez Perez 2-1. And all of this was only enough to get Sparg0 to losers side of top 8 at Lockhart Series.

In top 8, Sparg0 beat Carlos “Sonix” Pérez 3-1, BestNess 3-1, and Eric “Mr. E” Weber 3-0. After this, he beat T3 DOM 3-0 in their Losers Finals runback. Finally, Sparg0 challenged Enrique “Maister” Hernández Solís in Grand Finals of Lockhart Series. He overcame Maister dominantly, winning the first set 3-1 and the second set 3-0.

Other results from the Lockhart Series

Though he was only seeded fifth in his pool, T3 DOM made a fantastic run to 3rd place at Lockhart Series. He advanced out of pools on winners side by defeating Matthew “MattBro” Johns and Sparg0. Then T3 DOM beat Amir “Stretch” Ismail, Rodolfo “SoulHex” Pedraza, and MkLeo to get into top 8. Finally, he took a set off of Noah “Sharp” McCulley before falling to Maister and Sparg0.

Mr. E also scored multiple upsets en route to 4th place at Lockhart Series. He dipped into losers early, dropping a set to Jerry Powell in the first round of top 64. However, he ran through Reed “PowPow” Powell, “Hydra”, Kiyarash “GamingHI9x9” Younessi, “SHADIC”, and Tanner “SKITTLES!!” Jordan to reach top 8. Mr. E also eliminated Gabriel “Epic_Gabriel” Romero and Sharp before losing to Sparg0 in Losers Semis.
