Nathan “Mister Crimson” Massoi is the winner of Red Bull Kumite London. The invitational tournament saw 16 of the best Street Fighter players in the world converge on the English city. The Dhalsim player was one of two Frenchmen represented in the tournament.
The structure for Red Bull Kumite London
Red Bull Kumite London was played in two phases. The first phase was a round-robin group stage. The top two players in each group moved on to the top eight and met in a single elimination tournament. The top eight was rounded out by Derek “iDom” Ruffin (who placed second), Masato “RB|Bonchan” Takahashi and Olivier “RB | Luffy” Hay (who both placed third), as well as Hourmaid “Takamura” Rable, Arman “NVD | Phemon” Hanjani, Claude Eric “Hurricane” Diboti and Victor “PG | Punk” Woodley (who all placed fifth).
Mister Crimson started out strong during the group stage of the tournament. He left Group D with a 2-1 record, only losing to iDom. Additionally, his placement in the runner-up position eliminated both Tsunehiro “Gachikun” Kanamori and Amarjyot “Boltstrike” Sangha from Kumite.
In the single elimination round, Mister Crimson would go on to eliminate Punk in the first round in a 3-1 matchup. As the tournament moved into semifinals, the sets were raised to a best-of-7 format.

In semifinals, Mister Crimson faced fellow Frenchman Luffy. There, the two played an extremely close set, coming down to a 4-3 score. As Mister Crimson advanced to the grand finals, iDom, the current Capcom Cup champion, was progressing. The two met in a best-of-9 set for all the gold.
All together, the two had an extremely hard fought match, going to final set and final round. Ultimately, Mister Crimson was able to put away iDom in the final round of the tournament with a Dhalsim teleport cross up.
