The weapon meta in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 has shifted dramatically since its launch. Players are now utilizing some different weapons thanks to nerfs handed down by developer Raven Software, along with new discoveries. Among those discoveries is the LW3 Tundra sniper rifle, which many players are using over the Kar98k and Swiss K31, the previous top dog snipers. This is in no small part due to the LW3 Tundra’s recommended loadout, which has been made popular by Warzone streamers and content creators.
The recommended loadout for the LW3 Tundra utilizes several mobility-boosting attachments. This helps it compete with the faster handling of the Kar98k and Swiss K31. Also, it lets the Tundra become more adept at quickscoping in Warzone, which is one area where it fell behind in previous seasons. While it’s still not as quick as other snipers in Warzone, the Tundra is a legitimate option for sniper players.
Best LW3 Tundra loadout in Warzone
One of the main advocates for the Tundra is FaZe Clan member Austin “Pamaj” Pamajewon. Pamaj is arguably the most popular sniping streamer/creator in the world and has been utilizing the Tundra to great effect over the course of Season 5. He eventually let players in on the loadout that’s helped him dominate with the Tundra and it’s easily the best option for the sniper rifle in Season 5.

The loadout begins with two common sniper attachments in the Wrapped Suppressor and the 29.1″ Combat Recon barrel. The former increases the Tundra’s damage range and also suppresses the gun’s fire. The latter improves bullet velocity while also reducing idle sway.
The last three attachments on the loadout are to increase mobility and the weapon’s effectiveness up close. The SWAT 5mw Laser improves hip-fire accuracy for any close-range engagements but also reduces ADS speed by 8%. To make up for that and more, the Serpent Wrap is in use. Finally, the Fast Mag ensures players can get the next magazine in the weapon as quickly as possible.
This LW3 Tundra loadout is perfect for players who want a mix of a long-range effectives and quickscoping ability in Warzone.
