League of Legends Pick’em missions are back for the 2020 Worlds Championship

League of Legends fans are getting ready to watch the 2020 Worlds Championship, and with it comes the exciting Worlds Pick’em event. The Championship series kicks off September 25, and fans can pick what their winning team predictions are starting September 30.

Worlds Pick ’em

This year’s Worlds Pick’em, sponsored by Alienware, allows players to place their prediction’s for the winning teams. Players can head to the Pick’em Page to log in and submit their picks. Similar to previous years, Picks will unlock for each Stage, giving players a chance to drag and drop their Groups predictions in order. Once the Group Stage finishes, players will be able to pick the winners for the Knockout Stage. Every Pick participant will receive points for each correct Pick. The more points they receive, the better the rewards.

Key Pick’em Dates:

Group Stage
Picks unlock and missions go live on Sep 30 @ 4:00 PM PT  –  Oct 2nd @ 11:00 PM PT

Quarterfinals Stage
Picks unlock and mission goes live on Oct 11 @ 4:00 PM PT  –  Oct 14 @ 11:00 PM PT

Semifinals Stage
Picks unlock and mission goes live on Oct 18 @ 4:00 PM PT –  Oct 23 @ 11:00 PM PT

Finals Stage
Picks unlock and mission goes live on Oct 25 @ 4:00 PM PT –  Oct 30 @ 11:00 PM PT

Lock-In Rewards:

If players lock in their picks on time, they get a fresh set of rewards:

  • Groups: 500 BE
  • Quarters: 500 BE + Random Champ Shard
  • Semis: 500 OE
  • Finals: Hextech Chest + Key

Perfect Pick Prize

Guessing correctly for every stage of the competition will reward them with the following prizes:

  • All five Ultimate Skins: Contains all 5 Ultimate Skins: DJ Sona, Spirit Guard Udyr, Pulsefire Ezreal, Elementalist Lux, and Gun Goddess Miss Fortune
  • An exclusive Alienware Aurora Battlestation.
  • Riot will launch the official Pick’em website upon the start of Worlds Groups stage.

Chained Pick’em missions

Players will also be rewarded as long as they complete the following Pick’em Missions in order. This will be available from September 30 until November 2.

Gromp Tier Earn 34 points playing Pick’em Pick’em Poro Forecaster Icon
Ancient Krug Tier Earn 50 points playing Pick’em Pick’em Poro Sage Icon
Crimson Raptor Tier Earn 66 points playing Pick’em Pick’em Poro Prophet Icon
