iBDW began the tournament with predictable 2-0 wins over Cristian “Slump” Beltran and Theodore “squible” Landegger. Then in Winners Quarters, he narrowly defeated Weston “Westballz” Dennis in a five-game set. The outcome of this set suggests fans may expect a close battle during their upcoming money match at The Octagon.

In top 8, iBDW dominantly overcame every opponent in his path. He reached Grand Finals on winners side after earning 3-0 victories over both Jeffrey “Axe” Williamson and S2J. After defeating S2J 3-1 in Grand Finals, iBDW became the Rona Rumble: West Coast XIII champion.

Other results from Rona Rumble: West Coast XIII

Zachary “SFAT” Cordoni once again put up an impressive performance playing exclusively Falco at Rona Rumble: West Coast XIII. He dropped into the losers bracket a bit earlier than expected, as he lost to Westballz in pools. However, he cleanly reached top 8, with flawless wins over Bryan “hdbryan” Thompson, squible, and Joey “Lucky” Aldama. From there, he beat Juan “Medz” Garcia 3-1 and Axe 3-0 before losing to Spark for a 4th place finish.

Luis “Smashdaddy” Rangel scored many impressive wins on his path to 5th place. He upset DaJuan “Shroomed” McDaniel and Kevin “PewPewU” Toy, in addition to beating Jantz “Thorne” Garza. Thorne had an impressive run himself, defeating Sam “Ringler” Corner, Kristian “Rocky” Cruz, and Westballz en route to 7th place.

On the same day as Rona Rumble: West Coast XIII, Aaron “Professor Pro” Thomas won Rona Rumble: Europe III. Though the tournament only had 15 entrants, Professor Pro still had to overcome strong opponents to win the event. He defeated Elliot “Frenzy” Grossman, “Solobattle,” and Ville “Levingy” Miekk-oja, only dropping a single game to Solobattle along the way. Professor Pro also completed his own three-peat, having won every Rona Rumble: Europe event thus far.
