There are some weapons in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 that have access to Conversion Kits, which are additional attachments that completely change the way a weapon behaves. One Conversion Kit that’s been in the spotlight recently is the JAK Raven Kit for the MCW in MW3.
This is primarily because a new set of Weekly Challenges requires players to use the JAK Raven Conversion Kit on the MCW. There are two Weekly Challenges that involve this kit, meaning if players want to unlock the rewards for the Weekly Challenges, they need to unlock and use the JAK Raven Conversion Kit.

Unlocking the JAK Raven Conversion Kit for the MCW in MW3
The JAK Raven Conversion Kit can be unlocked by completing five Week 1 Weekly Challenges in MW3. The JAK Raven kit is the reward for that week’s challenges, and you need to complete five challenges to unlock it for your MCW. You can complete five Weekly Challenges in either multiplayer or Zombies or you can combine these modes together. For example, you can complete two multiplayer challenges and three Zombies challenges and still earn the JAK Raven kit as a reward for the Week 1 Weekly Challenges.
Once that’s done, ensure you have your MCW fully leveled up in MW3. This involves getting your MCW to level 28 in the Gunsmith. If you’ve done that, then you can enter the Gunsmith with the MCW and see a new attachment slot called “Conversion Kits.” Click this slot and equip the JAK Raven kit from there.
The JAK Raven kit takes up a single attachment slot on the MCW, meaning you can equip four additional attachments alongside it. This particular Conversion Kit reduces the MCW’s damage range, recoil control, and bullet velocity in exchange for more mobility. As such, I recommend equipping attachments that boost all the stats the kit reduces.

After you have it equipped, head into a public match and start killing enemies with the MCW as normal. You’ll likely notice the MCW isn’t as strong at longer ranges now, so I suggest keeping gunfights close with the JAK Raven kit equipped.
