How to find a Rebreather in MW2 DMZ

Underwater is no longer an obstacle

The Rebreather is one of the many items that players can find and use in Season 3 of Call of Duty DMZ.

The Rebreather is described as a Field Upgrade that can be used to give players extra time under the water without having to come up for air. To use it, all players need to do is activate it before they enter the water, as it will allow them to swim under the depths longer before their screen begins to blur, signaling they need air.

Since the Rebreather is a new item, most DMZ players want to get their hands on it sooner rather than later.

Since the Rebreather is an equippable Field Upgrade, the easiest way to obtain it is by editing your loadouts and equipping the Rebreather as your active Field Upgrade. This will allow you to have one before you even step two feet in a DMZ match.

However, if you need one during a match or have already used your charge of the Rebreather and need another, you will have to go about locating one in a different way. Rebreathers, like all other Field Upgrades, can be found in random spots around the maps of Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. Mostly, players will find them in a supply crate or on a shelf inside a building.

Sometimes, players will also find them sitting on a table or another random spot on the map. There is no real one area that players can search to have a higher likelihood of finding the Rebreather, so they will have to get lucky in DMZ to acquire it.
