Morevoer, Bence “DeadFox” Böröcz is finally a free agent and officially leaves the ranks of HellRaisers.

A tough 2019 for HellRaisers

Ever since the mousesports trade of Özgür ‘woxic’ Eker for oskar, the altered HellRaisers team failed to find their drive and form in comparison to when the young Turk was among their ranks. ISSAA and woxic made for a fantastic dynamic duo that made HellRaisers a promising team in 2018. Unfortunately, the dream was destroyed after the woxic trade.

HellRaisers failed to find any sort of success with their new lineup. They were among the first teams to get knocked out of the ongoing StarLadder Major in the New Challengers stage. Earlier, they failed to qualify for ESL One New York at GG.Bet Invitational after getting smashed in the groups stage without getting any points. They were also unable to advance to the playoffs at IEM Chicago.

A lack of any impressive results, even getting through to a final, was definitely the main factor behind this decision. Alex “Magician” Slabukhin, CEO of HellRaisers, commented on the matter:

“This season hasn’t been easy for anyone who supports and believes in HellRaisers no matter what. All of the guys proved to be true professionals and talented players, but unfortunately we didn’t manage to build a team which every fan of HellRaisers could be proud of.

Following yet another disappointing showing at the StarLadder Major, the roster benching was something to be expected.

The official statement also made clear the organization is not leaving the CSGO scene and an “updated lineup” will soon be revealed.

DeadFox finally breaks free

DeadFox had been put on HellRaisers’ waiting list as he was, until now, still contractually tied with the organization. With this announcement, the Bulgarian player is finally free of contractual obligations and able to find his luck elsewhere. The statement wished all the best to the player and his future.
