Hearthstone has just released the first two chapters of its Tombs of Terror solo adventure for the Saviors of Uldum expansion.
In the first chapter of this game mode, Hearthstone players get to play as Reno Jackson and are equipped with Reno’s Lucky Hat as a Signature Treasure card. This card gives a minion +2/+2 along with +2 in Spell Damage.
Being a Dual-Class Hero, the starting Hero Power for Reno is Amateur Mage, which can target either a minion or the Hero to deal one damage. If played in a combo, the Hero Power deals two damage instead. Reno’s deck also consists of a passive called Twist – Plague Lord of Murlocs, which summons a random number of Murlocs onto one’s board the turn a “Surprise! Murlocs!” card is drawn.
After defeating the first boss, players get to choose between three Treasures, similar to the adventure modes of previous expansions. Players then continue building their deck by selecting card buckets after defeating each consecutive boss. The final boss in the first chapter is Vesh, Plague Lord of Murlocs.
