Hearthstone announced the Fractured in Alterac Valley expansion on Tuesday, which is scheduled to launch on Dec. 7.
135 new cards
Fractured in Alterac Valley will include 135 new cards, with card reveals leading up to the launch. According to Blizzard, each class will get a new hero card as well. Two of these cards include Lightforged Cariel as the Paladin hero card, as well as Wildheart Guff as the Druid one.

Honorable Kill keyword
The upcoming Hearthstone expansion will feature Honorable Kill as a new keyword. Cards with this keyword will reward players with a bonus effect if they manage to deal exact lethal to an enemy minion on their turn.
Examples of cards with Honorable Kill include Bloodseeker and Gnome Private.

The new expansion will also feature objectives. Once an objective is completed, the effect will last for three turns. Dun Baldar Bridge and Snowfall Graveyard are examples of this.

Free Legendary card
Hearthstone players can now login and pledge their allegiance to either the Horde or Alliance. Those who are for the Horde will receive the Drek’Thar Golden Legendary card. Meanwhile, players who select the Alliance will get Vanndar Stormpike.

From Dec. 7 to Jan. 11, players will fight for their faction to earn prizes and gain Honor points. The faction with the most Honor by the end of the event will have their faction leader featured on a Diamond card.
By completing a chain of quests, a player will also be rewarded with a Golden Legendary of their opposing faction’s leader.
