The best Hauer 77 loadout in Black Ops Cold War Season 3

Prior to Season 3 of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, there was a clear-cut top dog in the shotgun class. The Streetsweeper, introduced in Season 1, was a notch above the other two available shotguns. It featured the ability to one-shot kill enemies as a semi-automatic weapon, which attracted many players.

However, in Season 3, developer Treyarch decided to nerf the Streetsweeper and buff the game’s other shotguns. Best Hauer 77 loadout in Black Ops Cold War

A pump-action shotgun, the Hauer 77 was the best in class before the Streetsweeper arrived on the scene. After that, it was more of an afterthought even though it possessed the same stats as when it was popular.

Of course, then the nerf to the Streetsweeper and buff to the Hauer came in and players are scrambling back to the pump-action. The exact buff for the Hauer 77 concerns its max damage range. The developers boosted this from 5.08 meters to 5.72. They also reduced the penalties of the Task Force barrel, which is now featured on the gun’s recommended loadout.

This loadout features very few penalties, starting with the Duckbill Choke. This muzzle reduces the pellet spread without having any negatives side effects.
