Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 is coming to a close. In the meantime, players are called to take one last stand against The Queen before the season ends. The Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 finale, titled “The End” will take place on December 4, at 4 p.m. ET. Players will also be treated to loads of XP just for logging in and there are lots of other bonuses to claim. Here’s everything happening before Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8’s finale, “The End.”
Power Levelling Weekend
Unless players are spending V-Bucks on extra levels, it can be a bit of a grind to claim all the battle pass rewards. Rewards are offered for the first 100 levels with lots of skins, emotes, loading screens, wraps and more on offer. Players who want to go the extra mile will aim for the rewards offered after level 100. These rewards include prestigious gold skins and additional styles for already owned skins.
To help players level up before the season ends, Epic Games is introducing a “Power Levelling Weekend.” The event will run from Nov. 26, 7:00 p.m. ET until Nov. 29, 7:00 a.m. ET. It’s expected that players will have the chance to earn additional XP during this time. Over the course of the event, players are encouraged to complete any remaining quests including dailies and character missions. It’s also wise to spend your bars before the season ends.
Getting 225,000 XP
To celebrate the end of the season and to encourage players to participate, everyone who logs into Fortnite will gain a reward. All users who log in, starting today, will be treated to a 225,000 XP reward. This is the same amount of XP players would receive for completing a full daily punch card.
To help players spend their bars before the season concludes, a “Bargain Bin Week” will start on December 2.
The End
The end of Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 8 includes an in-game event, titled “The End.” Players who participate will unlock a special loading screen and wrap. Read more about “The End” on the official Fortnite blog.
