Henry Cavill building PC

Did you know you need Henry Cavill building a gaming PC in your life?

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

At first, Henry Cavill was a hated actor because reasons. Then he was Geralt in Netflix’s The Witcher. Then he showed how much he loves painting Warhammer 40,000 minis. But if none of that was enough for you to accept him in your nerdy heart, then how about Henry Cavill building a gaming PC? And sharing it on his Instagram? If this doesn’t make him your new nerd Jesus, then I don’t know what will.

“I’ve not quite ventured into building my own myself,” Cavill told NME this past December. “I definitely have had custom PCs over the years. That’ll be the next project, as soon as I find enough time — and the bravery — I might put my own PC together.”

And now, he has shown that he is indeed that brave. We all knew he definitely had the time—what else is he going to do during this pandemic quarantine, other than paint more minis for his Adeptus Custodes army? He even incorporates sexy music into the video, because of course he does. He’s Henry Cavill.

This muscled man knows how to keep things real while he’s obviously flexing for his fans. When Henry messes up, he admits it and tries again. Anyone who has built a custom rig for the first time can certainly relate to some of his mistakes. If only we could all look so adorable while flubbing.

Congrats on building your first custom PC, Henry! Are you going to start your own Twitch channel to stream the games you play on this gorgeous monstrosity? Because we’d all watch that too, especially if you play your PC games like you do building your PC: not perfectly the first time.
