Best MTZ-762 loadout in Warzone Season 1

A dominant long-range option

When it comes to strictly time-to-kill in Call of Duty: Warzone, there are a few weapons that stand above the rest in Season 1. Your mind might immediately go to something like the MTZ Interceptor, Snakeshot TYRs, or the DG-56, but there’s one underrated option you might not have considered thus far. That would be the MTZ-762 battle rifle, which has an extremely fast-killing loadout in Warzone.

Best MTZ-762 loadout in Warzone

  • Muzzle: VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor
  • Barrel: MTZ Clinch Pro Barrel
  • Optic: Corio Eaglesye 2.5x
  • Magazine: 30 Round Mag
  • Rear Grip: MTZ Factory Rear Grip

This is a basic loadout for any long-range weapon in Warzone, and it’s because the attachments work extremely well together. Combined, they give the MTZ-762 one of the best overall time-to-kill stats in the game. The two attachments that mainly achieve that are the VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor and the MTZ Clinch Pro Barrel, both of which improve damage range, bullet velocity, and recoil control. Further increasing recoil control is the MTZ Factory Rear Grip, boosting both recoil control and gun kick while not carrying any mobility decreases.

Wrapping things up is the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x optic, which is the meta choice for any long-range gun in Warzone, and the 30 Round Mag. While the 30 Round Mag does hamper mobility, you need all the extra bullets you can get when fighting multiple enemies in a gunfight, especially with your primary weapon.

Best Class Setup for the MTZ-762 in Warzone

If you’re looking to complete your MTZ-762 loadout, here are my suggestions for the best equipment, perks, and secondary weapon.

Secondary Weapon

  • WSP Swarm, Lockwood 680, COR 45, or anything comparable

Perks

  • Perk 1: Double Time
  • Perk 2: Sleight of Hand
  • Perk 3: Tempered
  • Perk 4: Resolute

Equipment

  • Lethal: Throwing Knife
  • Tactical: Stim

The MTZ-762 isn’t necessarily at the top of the meta in Warzone, but this loadout gives it the best chance to succeed in Season 1.
