When it comes to sheer quickscoping in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, there is no better option in the sniper rifle class than the Longbow. The Longbow is far and away the best quickscoping sniper in MW3, but you still need the right loadout to reach its full potential.

By default, the Longbow is arguably one of the strangest snipers we have ever seen in Call of Duty. It comes equipped with a 25 round magazine, unmatched mobility, and a fairly decent damage range. Of course, without the right attachments equipped, you’ll find yourself getting a ton of hitmarkers while not having the maximum mobility possible.

Best Longbow loadout in MW3

• Barrel: Pro-99 Long Barrel
• Stock: No Stock
• Bolt: SA-M Quickbolt
• Rear Grip: Nought-Z3 Grip
• Magazine: 10 Round Mag

The overarching goal of this Longbow loadout is to increase mobility at all costs. The only exception to this is with the Pro-99 Long Barrel, which increases damage range and bullet velocity so you can eliminate some of those pesky hitmarkers.

The rest of the loadout improves either movement speed, aim down sights speed, or sprint-to-fire time in one way or the other. You will be moving as fast as possible and be able to quickscope enemies in the blink of an eye with this set of attachments on the Longbow.
