Best KATT AMR loadout for Ranked Play in MW3

The KATT AMR is hands down the best sniper rifle for competitive play in Call of Duty MW3. If you’re looking to snipe for your team in Ranked Play, then you need the professionally approved loadout for the KATT AMR.

Best KATT AMR Ranked Play loadout in MW3

• Barrel: Perdition 24″ Short Barrel
• Stock: Tactical Stock PAd
• Bolt: Ephemeral Quickbolt
• Ammunition: .50 Cal High Velocity
• Rear Grip: Phantom Grip

With the KATT AMR being the slowest sniper rifle you can use in Ranked Play, my loadout for it naturally focuses on mobility. The Perdition 24″ Short Barrel, Tactical Stock Pad, and Phantom Grip all boost movement speed, aim down sights speed, and sprint-to-fire time. Then, there’s the Ephemeral Quickbolt, which improves your rechambering speed, a.k.a. fire rate.

The final attachment on the loadout is the .50 Cal High Velocity ammunition. This attachment really comes into play at far ranges, making it perfect for holding lanes in Search and Destroy.

It should also be noted the XRK Stalker is currently available to use in Ranked Play, and is the better option, but it will also be banned in an upcoming update. When that happens, the KATT AMR is your only choice for a sniper.

The final step to finishing your loadout for the KATT AMR is to equip everything else you need for your class. This includes a secondary weapon, vest, perks, equipment, and Field Upgrade. These also have to follow the CDL ruleset, so keep that in mind.
