Moreover. the Rulebreaker cards will be available in FUT throughout the campaign. Players can receive these cards, and other special rewards, by finishing exclusive Squad Building Challenges during the promo. The event continues the tradition of releasing promotional content for FUT players. Even though the FIFA 22 season just began, it has already featured the Ones To Watch promo. More objective players and SBCs will also be released throughout this period.

More on the Halloween event

As seen in FIFA 21, Rulebreaker cards are quite different from other player cards in the game. These cards change a player’s normal abilities and attribute to the way a player is used in-game. Here, a player card like Harry Maguire can see a tremendous increase in pace even though he is normally slow.

Moreover, in the 2021 version of this event, both Harry Kane and Angel Di Maria’s pace was boosted to 91.  Players also get an overall rating boost increasing their efficiency on the pitch. This increase in attributes and ratings makes the cards the ones to pack.
