Activision provides update on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone

Activision has posted a new blog that goes over what players can expect in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone, including new game modes.

This week, both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone will receive a ton of new content. Activision has posted a new blog post that detailed all of these new additions, as well as updates on other Call of Duty titles. Let’s see what’s in store for this week.

New bundles in the store

For the most part, the upcoming updates for Modern Warfare and Warzone are centered around returning game modes, but there are also some new bundles named ‘Hydra Slayer’ and ‘Syd: Rogue Operative’ coming to the in-game Store. The former includes two new blueprints, ‘Soul of the Beast’ and ‘Spirit of the Beast,’ while the latter contains a new skin and blueprint for Operator Syd, a watch, a Cargo Truck skin, a calling card, and an emblem.

New game modes for Modern Warfare and Warzone

In regards to the new game modes, there is a good amount arriving this week. Here’s what you can find in Modern Warfare multiplayer.

Party Games

  • One in the Chamber
  • Gun Game Reloaded
  • All or Nothing

Standard Playlists

  • 8v8 Cheshire Park
  • Shoothouse 24/7

The community will certainly love the return of the Party Games like All or Nothing. Though, some may be pleased to see regular playlists like Shoothouse 24/7 make a return.

Warzone game modes

Moving over to Warzone, there are a total of six different modes arriving this week.

  • Gulag Battle Royale Solos, Duos, Trios, Quads
  • Warzone Rumble
  • Plunder Trios

The more options to play, the better, so fans will surely have an opportunity to have some fun with all of the new choices in Warzone. This content is now available on all platforms.
