The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 beta is in full swing and you can hop in to experience a glimpse at what the new title looks like and how it plays. While you’re free to fully explore the game’s weaponry and other loadout elements, I recommend starting off on the right foot in Modern Warfare 3 and using the Striker submachine gun for a game or two at the least.
The Striker is a replica of the UMP-45 from previous Modern Warfare games and it’s arguably the best overall submachine gun currently available in multiplayer. It kills extremely quickly at close range, especially when you hit a headshot, and is not half-bad at range either. However, if you want to get the absolute most out of the Striker in Modern Warfare 3, then you need to use its best set of attachments.
To see the best loadout for the Striker in Modern Warfare 3, check out the guide below.
Best Striker loadout in the Modern Warfare 3 beta
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Barrel: Striker Recon Long Barrel
- Stock: Lachmann MK2 Light Stock
- Rear Grip: TacGrip
- Underbarrel: Bruen Tactical Vertical Grip
I designed this Striker loadout to be more balanced than leaning more towards mobility or long-range oriented. The attachments equipped on the loadout will give you a solid mix of mobility and range while also increasing your damage and accuracy.
Starting off the loadout is the tried and true Monolithic Suppressor. The famed muzzle returns and it’s crucial to run silencers in MW3 with the mini-map returning to normal. Your non-suppressed shots will show up on an enemy’s radar when firing, so having silenced shots makes a huge difference. Following the suppressor is the Striker Recon Long Barrel, which gives you additional damage range and recoil control.

The next couple of attachments are all about mobility. The Lachmann MK2 Light Stock and the TacGrip both offer extra aim down sights speed and sprint-to-fire time as well as improve your Tac Stance speed. Finally, the Bruen Tactical Vertical Grip is in place to further enhance your accuracy, making sure you won’t be at a huge disadvantage when firing at longer ranges.
