Season 5 Reloaded has been underway for a few weeks in Call of Duty: Warzone, and players should have unlocked three new weapons by now. One of those new guns is the Lachmann Shroud, which is not to be confused with the Lachmann Sub. While the two guns look and feel extremely similar, the Lachmann Shroud is a native burst-fire weapon, which differs from the Lachmann Sub’s fully auto nature.
That means you will need a fresh loadout for the Lachmann Shroud in Warzone, seeing as you can’t simply copy your build for the Lachmann Sub.
The Lachmann Shroud can be used in either burst-fire mode or as a semi-automatic weapon. I advise against using a submachine gun as a semi-auto weapon, but you have that choice available to you. The loadout for the Lachmann Shroud can be a bit confusing to put together, especially for Warzone. I recommend keeping your loadout balanced, as you will likely need to use it for both close and mid-range engagements.
Of course, you can always just take a look at the loadout I have made for the Lachmann Shroud in Warzone and go from there.
Best Lachmann Shroud loadout in Warzone
- Barrel: 170mm Grapple VI
- Underbarrel: FTAC Tiger Grip
- Ammunition: 9mm Sub HP
- Magazine: 50 Round Drum
- Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10
This loadout is primarily meant to serve as a sniper support class for the Lachmann Shroud. First off, damage range, recoil control, and bullet velocity are improved by using the 170mm Grapple VI barrel, the FTAC Tiger Grip, and the Lachmann TCG-10. While you won’t be getting too much in the way of mobility with those attachments, you should mainly be firing at longer ranges since this is a sniper support loadout.

Rounding out the loadout is the 50 Round Drum so you don’t have to reload as often in the middle of a gunfight. There’s also the 9mm Sub HP ammunition, which provides quite a time-to-kill boost for the Lachmann Shroud. This should make it much easier to kill enemies regardless of their location.
