Best Bruen MK9 loadout in Warzone Season 1

Light machine guns have certainly found a place in the meta of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 1. The guns are terrific at long range and you can use this to your advantage on the Urzikstan map. If you’re looking to return to the glory days of Warzone, then I suggest equipping the classic Bruen MK9, which has a tremendous loadout in Season 1.

• Barrel: 23″ XRK Horizon V2
• Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
• Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
• Magazine: 60 Round Mag

The Bruen MK9 shares a similar loadout to many other light machine guns in Warzone. There’s a general set of attachments that you can use across most weapons, and the Bruen MK9 uses a few of them. Starting out, I have the VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor and the 23″ XRK Horizon V2 Barrel, both of which increase bullet velocity and damage range as well as recoil control. However, recoil control is only truly improved with the Bruen Heavy Support Grip. This underbarrel boosts recoil control and gun kick control across the board at the cost of mobility.

Luckily, we can get some of that mobility back with the 60 Round Mag, which offers fewer bullets per magazine but a boost to overall movement speed and aim down sights speed. Finally, the loadout is completed by the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x optic, the current meta pick among the Warzone community. You are free to swap out the Corio Eagleseye for something else, but I recommend sticking with a zoom of around 2.5x-4.0x, especially with a long range weapon like the Bruen MK9.
