When does Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 start?

The newest installment of Warzone comes soon

Recently, the Call of Duty Twitter account released some new information regarding Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 pertaining to a new map, Fortune’s Keep. Aside from that, and a full view of the map coming later, there’s been nothing official announced regarding Season 4. However, thanks to the in-game Battle Pass, players actually do know when Warzone Season 4 will start and Season 3 will end.

Every Battle Pass in both Vanguard and Warzone has an expiration date. This date allows fans to see exactly when the next season of both games will begin. As of right now, the end date for the Season 3 Battle Pass sits at June 22. That is a Wednesday, meaning that June 23 should be the start of Season 4. Although, since there is possibly a time delay between the seasons, fans shouldn’t take this date with 100% certainty.

Of course, in all likelihood, Activision will keep the current date. They already revealed content for Warzone Season 4, meaning the release date for it is presumably set in stone. When it likely does release on June 23, fans can expect a flurry of content. As always, there will be a fresh Battle Pass and several updates in Warzone. These updates will definitely include bug fixes and should also feature some weapon and other balancing alterations as well.

As for actual content, there will presumably be two new weapons fans can unlock through the Battle Pass. There’s no indication as to what these weapons could be as of yet. There will also be the Fortune’s Keep map, which is said to contain “new riches.” It’s unclear exactly what that could mean but Fortune’s Keep has been rumored to be replacing Rebirth Island.

The main map of Caldera will also likely undergo more changes. Each season of Warzone alters Caldera, adding and subtracting points of interest. As June 23 draws closer, Activision will release more information regarding Warzone Season 4, so fans should stay tuned to their social media accounts.
