The fastest-killing Sten loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4

A stronger loadout for the Sten

Throughout the course of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4, several weapons have risen in popularity. Whether this is because of a certain buff to that specific gun or nerfs to other weapons, the meta in Season 4 seems to be ever-changing. This mainly includes the submachine gun class, which has seen its fair share of weapons enter the meta in some way in Season 4. The Sten is one such weapon, and Warzone expert WhosImmortal recently went over a new loadout for the gun.

The Sten is an SMG from Vanguard, so it’s immediately up against some stiff competition, like the MP40, H4 Blixen and Marco 5. However, thanks to the Sten’s mobility and time-to-kill, it’s actually able to stand up against these other SMGs. According to WhosImmortal, the Sten’s TTK is only topped by the Type 100 from Vanguard, assuming players are running the right attachments on their Sten loadout in Warzone. You can check WhosImmortal’s new video on the subject and the loadout they recommend for the Sten below.

Sten’s best TTK loadout in Warzone

The No. 1 aspect players will notice in the Sten’s loadout is that there’s an emphasis on fire rate and recoil control. These two stats allow the Sten to achieve a higher TTK, as fire rate gets shots on target quicker and recoil control makes the Sten stay on target.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: SA 65mm Rapid
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Stock: Gawain Para
  • Underbarrel: M1915 Steady
  • Magazine: 9mm 50 Round Drums
  • Ammo Type: Subsonic
  • Rear Grip: Taped Grip
  • Proficiency: Acrobatic
  • Kit: Quick

There are a few differences between this loadout and the Sten’s base loadout in Season 4. The M1915 Steady underbarrel is in place to improve overall recoil control while Subsonic is also in use to keep players off of the radar and get behind enemies. Finally, the 9mm 50 Round Drums are equipped to give players more bullets in each magazine.
