The weapon choices of players in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 has been ever-growing. Whether players are discovering hidden gems from previous games or watching videos from content creators, a massive influx of non-meta weapons are emerging in Season 4. Recently, Warzone expert JGOD posted their list of the best long-range weapons in the new season. This list includes a ton of guns from both Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War. One weapon that has flown under the radar in Warzone, even with JGOD mentioning it as a top long-range loadout, is the Vargo 52.
Players might be confused with the Vargo 52 in Season 4. Activision revealed that the Vargo-S is coming later with the mid-season update. From the looks of it, the Vargo-S and Vargo 52 are virtually the same weapon. So, to possibly prepare for the new assault rifle’s arrival, players can test out the Vargo 52 to get comfortable with its mechanics. Also, the Vargo 52 is simply a great long-range choice in Season 4, as JGOD pointed out.

Best Vargo 52 loadout in Warzone

The main loadout for the Vargo 52 has not changed since it was originally introduced in Black Ops Cold War last year. However, this is only because the selected attachments offer the best stat increases for the assault rifle. Damage range, bullet velocity, recoil control, and magazine size are all boosted with this loadout. These stats are important to increase for the Vargo 52 in order to achieve its maximum potential at long-range, which is where it excels the most in Warzone.
Players will have to wait to compare this Vargo 52 loadout to the upcoming Vargo-S in Warzone. Regardless of how the Varg0-S performs, though, this Vargo 52 loadout should stand the test of time.
