The best Sykov loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6

A top secondary option in the game
This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information

Despite the current meta in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6, some players prefer opting for a traditional secondary weapon on their loadouts. From using Overkill to buying two loadouts for the primary weapons, many players simply enjoy having the traditional rifle/SMG combo in Warzone. However, there are those that enjoy the simplicity of a pistol instead. This is where Warzone’s top pistol the Sykov comes into play.

The Sykov’s loadout was utterly broken when it launched earlier this year in Warzone. It had a huge magazine, SMG-like damage and virtually no downsides. It was essentially a mini-LMG that players could use as a secondary and not have to use Overkill in their Perk 2 slot. While it’s not at that level in Season 6, it’s still a tremendous secondary option for players who want to go that route.

Best Sykov loadout in Warzone

The Sykov is a regular pistol that has the ability to turn into a full-auto machine. This is what, in part, made its original loadout so dominant in Warzone. However, the larger part came in the form of the 80 Rnd magazine that players can equip. Now, in Season 6, that magazine comes with more negatives than positives, so players need to change the Sykov’s loadout.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Sorokin 140mm Auto
  • Laser: 5mW Laser
  • Ammunition: 20 Round Mags
  • Rear Grip: VLK Elita

The Sorokin 140mm Auto barrel is what makes the loadout go. It turns the Sykov fully-auto and pairs well with the other attachments on the loadout. The VLK Elita and 5mW Laser help with the Sykov’s mobility while the Monolithic Suppressor adds some much-needed damage range and recoil control.

For the magazine, players can truly only use the 20 Round Mags. This means players will need to be accurate with the weapon or risk running out of bullets in a gunfight.
