Throughout this past week, French organization LDLC has announced their new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) team. They have picked up the lineup of French players who had gone under the temporary name of “Avengers”. For the last five days, Team LDLC announced one player per day, with yesterday’s announcement finalizing the full squad.

The team
The new LDLC is led by many players experienced in the French scene. Headlining the roster is former Envy player and AWPer Christophe “SIXER” Xia. Next in line is former Imperial player and Windigo stand-in Ali “hAdji” Haïnouss. Following him is former Heretics player and rifler Logan “LOGAN” Corti. French veteran Lambert “Lambert” Prigent will fill the in-game leading (igl) role. And the final spot has been taken by the up-and-coming Kilian “Gringo” Garcia.
This lineup comes into life after the effective disband of the previous LDLC roster. Their igl, Engin “MAJ3R” Küpeli, departed the team after deciding to rejoin the Space Soldiers core in the team Turkey5. With this change, Simon “tabz” Feldt left to join Demolition Crew, the Mountain Dew League team featuring former Heretics player David “Davidp” Prins and FPL star Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras. After that, Team LDLC let Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer and Gaëtan “JiNKZ” Jamin go to make way for the new roster.
Recent results
The new LDLC team already has some official matches under their belt. They have participated in the online events WINNERS League Season 3 Europe and the Dreamhack Open Leipzig open qualifier. However, they finished in last place in both events, losing 1-2 to Budapest 5 in WINNERS League and losing 13-16 to SKADE in the Dreamhack Open Leipzig open qualifier.
Now, the Team LDLC roster consists of the following:
- Christophe “SIXER” Xia
- Ali “hAdji” Haïnouss
- Logan “LOGAN” Corti
- Lambert “Lambert” Prigent
- Kilian “Gringo” Garcia
- Steeve “Ozstrik3r” Flavigni (Coach)
