Bot laner Jesper “Jeskla” Klarin Strömberg and top laner Mathias “Szygenda” Jensen will play for Vitality.Bee in the Ligue Française de League of Legends for the 2022 season, sources told Upcomer on Thursday.
Jeskla previously played for Astralis in the League of Legends European Championship last season where his team finished ninth in spring and seventh during the summer split. He will replace Ludvig Erik Hugo “SMILEY” Granquist who sources said is heading to another LFL team.
Szygenda is also returning from the LEC after his latest stint playing on Vitality’s main roster. Though he is contracted with Vitality through November of 2022 according to the Global Contract Database, he recently announced he wouldn’t be playing in LEC or League Championship Series next year. While not always starting for Vitality, the team finished 10th during the spring despite improving to sixth place in both the summer split and the summer playoffs.
Hey guys i wont be playing lec/lcs next split im honestly rly suprised how offseason went i showed some good stuff during summersplit and believe im good enough. I hope i didn't waste "my shot" at playing at the highest level im still only 20 and i will do everything🥺😏

However, in 2021, Vitality.Bee consistently reached third place during LFL spring and summer playoffs. They are expected to be an even more serious contender next year with the addition of these two players alongside returning jungler Duncan “Skeanz” Marquet, mid laner Dimitri “Diplex” Ponomarev and support Jakub “Jactroll” Skurzyński, who Upcomer previously reported would join the team.
