Winsome began his career in South-Korea where he played in the League of Legends Champions Korea Academy Series. In 2022, North American team Cloud9 picked him up.

With Cloud9, Winsome reached second place during the League Championship Series spring split. However, Cloud9 finished fourth place in the playoffs, losing to Evil Geniuses with a score of 0-3. This prompted C9 to shake up their roster, releasing top laner Park “Summit” Woo-tae and support Jonah “Isles” Rosario alongside Winsome. Worth noting that Isles did start instead of Winsome for C9’s last two playoffs series.

Unicorns Of Love, an organization that usually fields two League Of Legends teams, normally competes in the League of Legends Continental League. However, the ongoing invasion of Ukraine led to the competition being cancelled for the split. Winsome will join UOL’s “Sexy Edition” team, which competes in the Prime League, the German European Regional League.

This spring split, UOL SE managed to qualify to European Masters as third seed from their region. Despite that, they ended up being the only team from the Prime League making it past the main event group stage. In quarterfinals, they ended up losing against the tournament’s winners, Karmine Corp, with a score of 3-1.

Winsome will be replacing support Tobias “Dreamer Ace” Schreckeneder who played for the organization for more than three years.

Finally, Winsome won’t be the only player with South-Koreans origins on the team, as mid laner Lee “Ruby” Sol-min will remain on the roster.
