The 22-year-old will join MAD Lions Madrid from Misfits Premier, which plays in the Ligue Française de League of Legends. Both teams are the Academy sides of their League of Legends European Championship counterparts, MAD Lions and Misfits Gaming.

TynX and Misfits Premier finished fifth in the LFL spring split following a 3-0 loss to Vitality.Bee in the LFL playoffs, which led to them narrowly missing out on EU Masters qualification.

MAD Lions Madrid, on the other hand, finished ninth in the SuperLiga and are looking to build for a strong summer by recruiting new members, with League of Legends reporter Alejandro Gomis reporting they have signed a new coach in Mikkel “Donby” Donby and also signed bot laner Ronan James “jinjo” Swingler from current Prime League champions GamerLegion.

It is unclear at this point if starting jungler Maik “Hades” Jonker will remain on the team.

As a player, TynX is a well-known name in the European Regional Leagues. He has played for many teams, even winning the EU Masters 2020 spring edition with LDLC OL. He was also picked up by League of Legends European Championship team SK Gaming for the 2021 spring split, where they finished sixth.

TynX has played in the SuperLiga before in 2019 with Movistar Riders. He played for them in spring of that year, and they finished seventh.
