League of Legends has announced a new batch of skins, and Project Warwick seems to be among them. Yesterday (July 13), the official League of Legends Twitter account posted a video teasing the new series. Today, they have posted a new, more in-depth trailer. This new trailer clearly shows 4 champions: Jinx, Akali, Irelia, and Pyke.
“Industrious Twitter followers”
An investigative Twitter user found the video’s tags to include “Project Warwick” and “Warwick”. However, there has been no confirmation from League of Legends as to Warwick. u/RiotEarthSlug did confirm, however, that the other 4 champions are correct. They also confirmed the existence of a fifth skin and stated that some “industrious Twitter followers” have already found the hidden champion.

Project: Warwick sightings
In the video below, there are two hints that point to the hidden champion being Project: Warwick. At 0:14, a robot’s arm comes into frame bearing what looks like two scratch marks. The video also shows plenty of possible scratch marks on the terrain before the robot. These scratch marks could be courtesy of the blade users joining the new Project series, however.
Immediately after the camera can see behind the robot, there is a red blur sprinting across the screen. At 0:16, the red blur then turns into a flurry of red swipes. These two instances can be attributed to Warwick’s abilities in the game. One of Warwick’s abilities gives him a burst of speed to help him catch enemy champions. Another one of his abilities is leaping onto a target and “suppressing” them while wildly swinging his claws into the target.
Riot will host a full reveal in the future to, likely, confirm these theories. The finding of “Project: Warwick” and “Warwick” in the video tags by @Colby5269 makes it probable that these suspicions are correct. That’s especially true given u/RiotEartSlug’s confirmation that “industrious” fans have already found the hidden champion.
