Another world class professional athlete will join the ranks of esports investor.
Triumph Esports announced on Monday that Kevin Garnett, former NBA Most Valuable Player, 15 time All Star, and NBA World Champion has invested in Triumph Esports, a newly formed esports company. Garnett through his Big Ticket Sports LLC, his his experiential event management and production company
Triumph Esports is a "full-service esports company" which includes Rivalcade, a competitive esports and experiential event company, and Triumph Gaming, a professional esports team and player development organization.
“Our relationship with Triumph Esports is a natural fit as we look to showcase and elevate shared lifestyle experiences through competition, content, and live events,” said Garnett. “Our vision is to create unique experiences that hit our fans across a variety of passion points.”

Rivalcade has executed and streamed hundreds of esports competitions, both live and online, in a number of game titles, and has now partnered with Hoop-It-Up to bring esports to their events.
