Overwatch League 2020 MVP and Shanghai Dragons DPS player, Byung-sun “Fleta” Kim, has received a one-of-a-kind Echo skin named Good vs. Evil.

Much like seasons past, the 2020 season MVP has helped design and release their own skin to the Overwatch community. This tradition started with the inaugural season MVP, Sung-hyeon “JJoNak” Bang. He helped design and released the Zen-najki skin for his standout hero, Zenyatta. In the second season, former Overwatch League player, Jay “sinatraa” Won, helped make the Alien Zarya skin. (However, since his departure from the league and allegations that arose, that Alien skin was removed from the game).

The previous season’s MVP was Shanghai Dragons DPS player, Fleta, who stood out on Echo to get this skin. This wasn’t a surprise to the league, as his flexibility was what made him so elite. Playing a hero that lets you play other heroes was the perfect fit for him. He was one of the key players in a dominant Dragons team in 2020 and he was voted as league MVP. They didn’t make it to the Grand Finals, but Fleta’s play was recognized as the best in the league.

This new skin seems to be a play on putting two contrasting skins together on the same hero. The top left half of the skin represents the good side, being white and angelic. Then, the bottom right seems to look dark and devilish. Lastly, the red and black colors prominent on the skin harken to the team he plays for.

Also, the San Francisco Shock championship skin is now available to purchase. This championship Shock skin is the Midas Roadhog skin that the league announced earlier this year. These skins were only available for a short time after their announcement in previous years, so this new Echo skin won’t be available for long.
