New Pool Party skins revealed for League of Legends

After a teaser yesterday, Riot has officially revealed what Champions in League of Legends will receive the new Pool Party skins in 2020. Here are the Champions and what their summer skins look like.

Heimerdinger

The Yordle craftsman’s new skin is all about his turrets. The turrets strongly resemble water guns and shoot jets of water at enemies. Heimerdinger himself is wearing swimming trunks and some kind of headwear.

Jarvan IV

Jarvan IV is looking stylish in his summer gear, complete with swimming trunks, floaties on his arms, and an umbrella staff. To top it all off, he creates a giant sandcastle around his foes when he uses his ultimate.

Orianna

Orianna’s Pool Party skin is about what you’d expect it to be. She’s wearing a one-piece swimming suit with a skirt. Her ball resembles a toy fish that explodes and has other effects when she uses her abilities.

Syndra

We didn’t quite predict Syndra as well as the other Champions in the trailer, but she is a good fit for a Pool Party skin. Her balls resemble beach balls, and they have watery effects when she manipulates them towards her foes.

Taliyah

The last final skin is going to Taliyah. Her skin seems to be a natural fit. Her abilities (which normally use rocks) use beach-like stones with coral on them. For her ultimate, she pulls out a surfboard and creates a wall of stone.

The Champions all have unique recall animations on top of ability animations. Most of them include a crab (as is tradition with the Pool Party skins) along with some other beach theme.

All of the skins are currently on the PBE for testing. They should go live with Patch 10.13 two weeks from Wednesday. There will also most likely be some kind of summer event at this time as well. Make sure to stay up to date with the latest League of Legends news!
