With only a few days to go before the start of the 2019 LEC Summer Split, Konstantinos-Napoleon “FORG1VEN” Tzortziou will not be on the starting roster of any League European Championship team, according to Riot Games’ official list of lineups published yesterday.

The former Origen bot laner announced his return to competitive League of Legends play in April following the completion of his mandatory Greek military service. Once considered one of the best ADCs in the world, FORG1VEN has since taken to Twitter to express his annoyance with the current state of online competitive League, bemoaning his troubles finding consistent high-level practice.

Despite his frustrations with the League scene, the Greek player has remained active in the community in other forms, such as the creation of a League course on Gamerzclass.

The Shotcaller has reported unconfirmed rumors that FORG1VEN turned down multiple offers to join League Championship Series organizations. Since he has indicated his preference to rejoin the LEC, he may still negotiate a deal with a European organization at some point during the Summer Split. Until FORG1VEN finds his new home, every EU bot laner will have reason to fear for his job.
