Patch 11.15 champion nerfs
Champion buffs in this patch range from slight number nerfs to massive number changes. For professional play, Gwen, Sylas and Viego are all receiving nerfs. Gwen will receive a nerf to her early attack speed steroid. Sylas will receive one to his Q damage and W healing. And, Viego will receive a nerf to his Q base damage, bonus damage and healings from minions.
The rest of the nerfs revolve around solo queue champions and only include slight changes. For example, Annie’s Q ability power ratio will be reduced from 80% to 75%.
Champion buffs
Ability power champions are on the buff list this patch. The highlights include Blitzcrank, Cassiopeia and Shyvana. Blitzcrank will receive a slight armor buff, plus three, and his Q will have more base damage and an increased ability power ratio at 120%. Cassiopiea’s base damage on her E will also be increased by 10 in the early and late game. As for Shyvana, her Q cool down and ability power ratio will be buffed with the ratio increasing by 10 for its base and empowered versions.
Furthermore, notable changes include Xayah’s ultimate reduced in cool down as well as Rell’s W. Kennen is also a part of the ability power champion buffs. His Q will have its base damage and ratios buffed.
LoL Patch 11.15 miscellaneous changes
Outside of the champions’ changes, not much will become different in the next patch. The only item changes come in the form of the new item Hullbreaker. It’s resistances will change to 60 instead of 45 at its maximum. The preview also noted Rumble bug fixes.
