How to turn off controls guide in Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash

Nobody needs to see how to play every time.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is here and after playing for a while you’ve probably become like me, frustrated with seeing the controls hint on your screen during battle.

It gets to a point where you just know what to do, so it’s not clear why the devs chose to leave this hint on at all times, but the good news is they did give you a way to turn it off. So you don’t have to see this annoying box on the right of your screen all the time.

Here’s what you need to do so that you can disable it whenever you’re ready to take on Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash without help.

Removing the control hints from your screen in battle is very simple and can be done from the main menu at any point while playing Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash.

  1. First, from the main menu press the Options button
  2. Head to the Game Settings tab
  3. Scroll down to find Show Controls Guide During Battle
  4. Toggle this option Off

That’s all! Now you should be able to continue battling without being distracted by controller hints you’ve probably already mastered at this point.

The good thing about Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is that there isn’t really too much difference in controls between characters. While their kits are drastically different, you’re going to use the same button for everyone.

With this being the case, once you’ve got the controls down we suggest turning the guide feature off to help immerse you in combat.
