How to Stim Super Slide in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific

A new movement mechanic has been discovered

In Season 1 of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific, players discovered a brand new movement mechanic. With the Season 1 update, Raven Software decided to buff the Stim equipment, leading to the new mechanic. It allows players to slide faster and longer than they could before, leading to the Stim being the most popular piece of Tactical Equipment. The new mechanic is simply called the “Stim Super Slide” and it’s rare to see a player not taking advantage of it in Warzone Pacific.

The process to perform a Stim Super Slide isn’t complicated but, of course, players need to know how to set it up if they want to start moving faster on Caldera. The process to do a Stim Super Slide is explained below.

Doing the Stim Super Slide in Warzone Pacific

For starters, players will want to equip the Stim as their Tactical Equipment on whatever loadouts they use in Warzone Pacific. Then, they need to hop into a match and find the right opportunity to perform the slide. They can do so by following the actions below:

  • Use the Stim
  • Get a running start and press the Slide keybind

That’s all there is to do a Stim Super Slide. Players will find that once they pop the Stim and slide, they’ll glide along the ground much faster and longer than a normal slide. This type of mechanic allows players to pick up weapons on the ground without having to stand up or simply navigate quickly around enemies. Perhaps an enemy is sitting in a corner of a room; players can pop a Stim, slide and catch the enemy off-guard with their prolonged and faster slide.

It’s unclear if Raven Software meant to have the Stims be this fast when they buffed them in Season 1. So players should take advantage of the mechanic while they can, just in case the developers nerf the Stim in a future update.
