Every year Riot Games gives players a chance to relive their best moments over the previous season in an end of the year recap. For the 2021 season, Riot Games is sending out emails to all players showing them all the cool things they have accomplished in Season 2021. However, players need to have certain things enabled to get this personalized infographic. Here is a step-by-step guide that shows players how they can receive their League 2021 recap.
📢[LoL] Year in Review is almost here! If you want to see your stats from last season and flex on your team, make sure you’re signed up for emails under ‘Communication Preferences'.https://t.co/3OXPRLmbY2 pic.twitter.com/OQoqznrc1U

What does the League 2021 recap have
When players open up their email they will be shown a big “YOUR 2021” logo. There is a ton of info right below it, right away it shows players their peak rank. Right below that, players can see their total wins, overall Kills/Deaths/Assists, average deaths per game and damage health. When it comes to total wins, overall K/D/A and damage dealt, it tells players what percentage of all players they rank in those categories.
Below that players will be told which role in the game was their top role. Each role has specific categories that tell players how they measure against other players in the same role. For example, if players have support as their top role, they will see healing done, time crowd controlling enemies and wards placed. And of course, players will be told where they land in terms of the top percentage of the player base in those categories.
Finally, the infographic informs players of their first bloods, gold earned, and ultimates cast.
Players are encouraged to share their year with the statsoflegends hashtag.
How to get the League 2021 recap
Riot Games tweeted out a post on their Riot Games Support Twitter account telling players that their yearly recap is coming soon. But in order to do so they need to make sure they have the right things enabled in their account.
The tweet said that they need to make sure that under “communication preferences” they have receiving emails checked in those preferences. Players can make sure they have this changed by logging into their Riot Games account on the official Riot Games website. These recaps will be rolling out over the next few days. Make sure to check spam folders, just in case.
