Twitch has suspended the channel of FaZe Clan member Patriciu “H1ghSky1” following the publication of an Upcomer report confirming that he is currently 12 years old. The Fortnite pro’s suspension is likely the result of his numerous violations of Twitch’s Terms of Service, which require streamers to be 13 or older.

H1ghSky1’s age was first cast in doubt when Turner “Tfue” Tenney sued FaZe Clan, alleging in his lawsuit that H1ghSky1 was only 11 when he signed his contract with FaZe. Last week, Upcomer confirmed these allegations, digging up cached posts by H1ghSky1’s mother wishing him a happy fifth birthday in April 2012.

A Twitch ban is the least of H1ghSky1’s problems. Epic Games similarly requires participants in official competitive Fortnite events to be at least 13, so he may soon be required to return the $5,000-plus that he has earned through Fortnite competition. Additionally, H1ghSky1 will be ineligible for the Fortnite World Cup Finals, which offer participants a minimum prize of $50,000.

Edit: A previous version of this report had erroneously attributed FaZe's H1ghSky1 with RBK HIghSky regarding another player's cheating incident.
