Forg1ven’s statement regarding the situation

To announce his stepping down from the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) roster of Schalke, Forg1ven tweeted about his perspective on the situation. However, the tweet has been met with an overwhelmingly negative response. He stated, “In my 7+ LoL career I always played to win and be competitive. As of now at least, current roster (doesn’t) fit this principle. Schalke is unable/unwilling to make changes to fit that goal, so we mutually agreed I (will step down) until and if they are willing to do so.”

The main criticism surrounding this tweet was just how badly Forg1ven’s ego is showing. In the past, he has been under fire surrounding remarks he made both in and out of the game. At this point, it has only been a few weeks since Forg1ven’s return to the professional League of Legends scene. The roster with Forg1ven went 0 wins and 6 losses. It looks like this blow-up might be the end of his career for good.

Innaxe’s time to shine with Schalke 04’s LEC team

Innaxe Schalke 04

Innaxe has been close to being ready to be a professional player for some time now. In recent years, he has had the opportunity to compete alongside Unicorns of Love in the LCL (Russia). During his time with the team, they managed to qualify for the 2019 World Championship. At this event, Innaxe achieved a record 100% win rate in three games on his signature champion, Heimerdinger.

So far this season, in the Prime League (LEC Academy equivalent), Innaxe and the Schalke 04 Evolution team are first in the standings, with a 7-0 match score. The team will be playing later tonight, attempting to beat the Berlin International Gaming (BIG) roster. With the current schedule, Innaxe can compete in both the Prime League and the LEC. However, it is expected that Schalke will look for a new bot lane player in the coming weeks for its academy team.
