The upcoming League of Legends PBE patch 10.19 has been updated to include the next champion as well as a brand new skin. As fans speculated in recent weeks, Samira is the next champion on the rift, and she’s giving off pirate-like vibes. Although this patch is not yet available in-game, there’s plenty to unpack and speculate on.

LoL fans don’t have much info on Samira. Rumors regarding this champion made its rounds throughout social media as dataminers leaked as much information as possible. Unlike other champion leaks, fans weren’t sure if she or Seraphine were going to be the next champions. Because of the lack of information, no one knew what to expect. Luckily, new leaks have revealed her splash art, stats, and abilities.

Her overall appearance includes tattoos, guns, and shiny red-and-black outfits. Along with her outstanding ensemble, she also sports a long, thick braid with loose waves on the top. The most notable feature is an eyepatch on her face. As for weapons, she’s carrying a large sword on her back and seems to have three different types of guns available at any moment.

Besides her appearance, she has some pretty decent stats. Compared to recent champion Senna, she has a slightly better movement speed and base attack damage. Since these stats are for PBE, it’s very likely that they will change according to player feedback.

Samira’s Stats:

  • Base MR: 30
    • MR Per Level: 0.5
  • Base AD: 59
    • AD Per Level: 2.3
  • Base Armor: 28
    • Armor Per Level: 3
  • Base HP: 600
    • HP Per Level: 88
  • HP5: 3.25
    • HP Regen Per Level: 0.11
  • Base Movement Speed: 335
    • Attack Speed Per Level: 3.3
  • Attack Range: 500
  • Mana Per Level: 38

According to reputable dataminer Moobeat, her abilities are not yet set in stone. Although this information is subject to change, the data they received from files have plenty of details in regards to her abilities.

Samira’s passive, Daredevil Impulse, is a combo built from a series of attacks or abilities. Each hit increases her Style from an “E” to “S” grade. She also gains 3.5% movement speed as a result. In addition, she attacks in melee range while dealing magic damage.

Her Flair (Q) allows her to fire a shot, dealing damage to her enemy. If she’s in melee range to her enemy, she instead slashes them with her sword, dealing physical damage. Either hit can deal 25% bonus damage. The next two abilities, her Blade Whirl (W) and Wild Rush (E), both include slashing and dashing, dealing magic, and physical damage to her enemies. It seems besides dealing both kinds of damage, she also gains a heavy amount of attack speed as well. Some players might even see it as broken.

Samira can only use her Inferno Trigger (R) if she reaches a Style rating of S. Once that’s reached, then you can kiss any chance you have against her goodbye. Her ultimate allows for her to shoot her enemies 10 times in a span of 2 seconds, dealing physical damage and applying life steal. Additionally, each shot can also critically strike. Are you ready to surrender, yet?

Intimidating interactions and a new skin

Samira’s voiceover is full of witty and threatening interactions between other champions. Some of them include Miss Fortune, Sivir, and LeBlanc. Overall, her style is to show up confident and scare off those who dare to step in her path.

Finally, she’s arriving on the rift with a skin that’s part of the new PsyOps collection. In this outfit, she sports an all-gray look.
