DickStacy departs from the Renegades CSGO team

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Ollie “DickStacy” Tierney has parted ways with the Renegades CSGO squad. The Australian rifler was present on the team since before the Grayhound roster was acquired by Renegades after a roster shuffle in late December. DickStacy has served as a member of the roster since late 2017.

DickStacy’s time at Grayhound

Before the roster was acquired last month by Renegades, DickStacy became a very recognizable figure in the world of CSGO. His popularity especially intensified when Grayhound made it to their very first CSGO Major at IEM Katowice in early 2019.

The Australian’s nickname, alongside his questionable in-game sticker, quickly gained popularity. He even attempted to have a penis drawn on his next signature sticker, over at the StarLadder Berlin Major. The design was quickly rejected by the officials, however. The Australian’s cheeky behavior paired with often sexual jokes added up to his more-than-interesting persona.

When it comes to achievements and performance, the 22-year-old played an important role for his team. The squad became famous in the Oceania and Asia regions and qualified for the aforementioned majors. His exit is now marked with HLTV’s Rating 2.0 of 1.07, placing him in the high average end on the CSGO scene. The Australian has no trophies to show for it, unfortunately.

Where DickStacy will end up is unknown for now.

Renegades missing a fifth

With the departure of DickStacy, Renegades are left with an incomplete roster. According to HLTV, the team is expected to sign Jordan “Hatz” Bajic, who has left ORDER recently. The 21-year-old is already in the team’s ESEA roster. Renegades’ next appearance is at the Oceanic closed qualifier for IEM Katowice 2020 on Jan. 14.
